Are the samples really free?
Yes. One set of 3 sample ads per brand, watermarked so you can judge the quality before you pay anything.
Who owns the ads?
You do, once the invoice is paid. That includes the right to run them in paid campaigns on any platform.
Can you use our real products?
Yes, and we always do. Send us your product photos and we build every ad around them, creating the people, places and movement to suit your brand.
How fast is it?
Free samples within 48 hours of a complete brief. Ready-made ads within 48 hours of payment. Own Lane ads every month on a date we agree together.
Which platforms and formats?
Meta (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok and YouTube Shorts, sized as standard for vertical video (9:16) and feed posts (4:5). Square on request.
What counts as a change?
Edits to an ad we've made: wording, music, pacing, swapping a scene. Every delivery includes one round, with feedback within 7 days. A brand new concept counts as a new ad.
Are Start Line ads exclusive to us?
No. Start Line uses scenes from our ready-made campaigns, so another brand could use the same footage with their own branding. If you want ads made only for you, that is Own Lane.
What does the partner programme cost?
Nothing up front. We earn a commission when someone buys through our affiliate link, and we choose a small number of brands that fit. We cannot promise clicks or sales.
Can we run partner programme reels as paid ads?
No. Those reels are organic posts on our channels. If you want ads to run in your own paid campaigns, with full rights, that is Start Line or Own Lane.
How does the referral work?
Ask the brand to mention you in the "Who sent you?" box on the brief. When they buy, you both get 20% off your next order.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your brand, what you need and how often. Send your brief, see your samples, and we will send a clear quote. No surprises.
How do we pay?
By card through a secure Stripe link. Ready-made ads are paid up front. Made-for-you work is paid at the start of each month, and you can cancel any month.
